DRIVERS & DRAINERS:
Leapgen Research Reveals the Truth of Work

Wednesday, November 17 | 9am PT / 12PM ET

Leapgen research conducted amidst The Great Resignation reveals we’re not meeting basic foundational needs for the entirety of our workforces. Given 37.5% of respondents changed job responsibilities during the pandemic, more than half of those changed their jobs completely, and more than 55% of Americans report planning to look for a new job as of the end of August 2021, it should come as no surprise workers are concerned with finding an employer who has their backs. And they are voting with their feet.

Our study of nearly 3,000 working adults in the U.S., conducted in partnership with ADP, reveals both the DRIVERS AND DRAINERS keeping people connected and thriving at work, driving job decisions, or keeping your workers up at night.

A lot hasn’t changed: People are HAPPY and will STAY LOYAL with job security, fair pay, relevant benefits, and a safe way to voice concerns. They’re UNHAPPY and WON’T WORK FOR YOU if benefits, salary, or culture are lacking or if workload is unreasonable. The most shocking part of this research is that none of this should be shocking at all, yet U.S. employers still aren’t getting it right.

What does this mean to HR and business leaders fighting The Great Resignation? How do these insights inform digital experience, employee engagement, technology optimization, DEI, and retention strategies? How can you use worker insights to help you attract and hire talent faster, bring working moms back to the workforce, address overwhelming workload and toxic culture stressors, and inspire people through purpose-driven leadership?

Join our next Leapgen webinar for eye-opening insights, honest facts about demographics you’re not addressing carefully enough in your own workforce, and straight truth telling about the Now of Work.
